WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
We strive to deliver your order in optimal condition, but sometimes damage can occur during transport or a warranty-related issue may arise. If you notice damage to an item, you must legally report it to us within one month of discovery. In the case of warranty issues, we will provide free repair or replacement of the item in question.
If any of these points apply, we kindly ask you to email the following information to info@sizzthelabel.com:
- A photo of the complaint;
- A brief description of the damage or defect;
- The order number.
Within 1-3 working days, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
